This was a mini-trip to Belize that the Eels took  January 20-24, 2006.  Although this was a short trip, we had a great time.  The main disappointment was that when we got to the airport, we got a phone call from Don & Robyn saying that Don was ill and couldn't make the trip.  Now I wouldn't have anybody to grease o-rings with.  WAH.

Dr. Joe and Kyle requested a trip to the Blue Hole, and although I was hesitant to do that trip again (the first trip to the Blue Hole in '97 was a whole bunch of nuthin' as far as I was concerned), I thought what the heck.  It turned out they're taking divers to a different section of the Blue Hole, which turned out to be much better than the '97 trip.  Here's a link to describe the new area that we dived:  http://www.deeperblue.net/article.php/675/16/1

I did my deepest dive ever, which was 140 feet.   I'm sure I was narced, but I didn't know it.  I dove with Tammie and Kyle, and we all had a magnificent dive! 

Sherrie's nephew, Doodle, went with us, and he turned out to be the hit of the group!  I don't know who made me laugh harder, Dr. Joe or Doodle!

Although we only did 9 dives, we made it count!
